All Green Tanners products include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing faults that affect the product’s structure or functionality.
What We Cover
- Broken straps or grab handles
- Tears in the external leather caused by normal use
- Hardware defects, including faulty zips, buckles, or press studs
What We Do Not Cover
- General wear and tear or accidental damage
- Damage caused by water exposure or failure to follow care instructions
- Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties
- Natural ageing of leather or materials, including patina, scratches, and burnishing
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email clear photos showing the issue
- Include your order details, vendor name, and date of purchase
- Our team will respond within 24 hours
