    Hello,

    I called immediately after receiving my apron to speak to someone about the possibility of getting the apron exchanged as the color was much ore Red than the website showed and I just wanted a nice brown. I was told it was no problem and that I should email. I did. No response. Then I called again and was told, "no problem. someone from our returns department will call you shortly" no one ever called, no one ever responded to my email. The apron was a gift for my husband who just inherited his best friends leather making supplies when he died a few months ago and I wanted him to have something special to work with his friends tools with. Not only is it too Red, it's too big. Everyone is nice on the phone but then nothing is done. Customer service is friendly but extremely poor when it comes to actually resolving ay issues. Very bummed.

    Firstly I sent 2 messages no reply ! as to the length of time secondly the product was a gift to someone it was defiantly overpriced and smaller than the dimensions given and quite frankly poor quality if it was not a gift I would of retured it .

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Note: We don't give full refund on custom garments.
