Returns Policy

Most new and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, and include all original accessories.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 14 business days or more, depending on your location, customs clearance, and the shipping carrier.We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, except to Australia and New Zealand, where shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that some orders may be dispatched directly from our overseas manufacturing facility.
