Very POOR quality and NOT...
The case I received was drop-shipped from Pakistan and is NOT made from canvas as advertised. It appears to be made from a synthetic material instead - it looks like a thin layer of nylon adhered to rubber or foam material. Whatever it is, it is definitely NOT waxed canvas as advertised. I have cases from Frost River and Duluth Pack and this would not even qualify as a cheap knockoff but rather, appears to be a complete counterfeit. If you are looking for a real waxed canvas case, this is NOT it.
Returns Policy
Most new and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, and include all original accessories.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
