I purchased two bags and one apron with a personalisation on the apron.
Once the order was placed, I had to contact the seller on three occasions chasing up the order.
Promises of delivery within days issues with customs and shipments with the excuses given.
Highly Anticipated delivery eventually arrived the two bags or a satisfactory quality and as described.

However, the the apron personalisation was imprinted twice on the front of the apron and manufacturer issue, overlaid in effect.
There was no buckle around the waist, just too long straps, not as described which is really disappointing.
Contacted Hamza who was initially apologetic, offering me the 40 item at a discount price.
However, the apron was not as described or fit for purpose.
I was asked to return it to an American address at the cost of about £37… which are refused and then it was suggested that I keep the 40 item and a new one would be sent out with no faults fit for purpose as described.
Frustration, I resigned myself to receiving another order with now another elongated wait for delivery.
This time the personalisation was photographed sent to me for me to accept, which was done excellently well .

However, upon arrival, the apron was not as originally ordered rivets and pockets were missing the cognac colour with brown stitching now turned into white stitching. Missing the rivets on any external joint the buckle which was missing on the first apron was in place. However, it was a very cheap quality not robust in anyway.
The replacement apron was, I believe of less quality and thinner than the original straps, instead of being leather and stitched or leather and lined, but very flimsy in comparison with the first apron as I lay them side-by-side, it was obvious there were two different products of two different qualities.
I have emailed the company twice, no response.
I have phoned the company which is a mobile number for ported to be in the UK however you leave a message no one replies.
In essence, I’ve requested a full refund return of all the products I will now contact my company for a full fund refund. As the apron was not fit for purpose. Or as described.

This is a disappointing result given the research I’ve done. I read the reviews and the products looked of good quality.

Customer service is awful the delivery times are elongated and unnecessary.

There is a clear failure to reply to emails and phone calls.
My advice is save your money, go elsewhere.

My original order was placed in July. It’s now September, and the problem is still not resolved..
